Our High Potency Phenolic Olive Oil and High Phenolic Olive Oil both boast exceptionally high polyphenol levels, offering significant health benefits, but they serve different purposes based on individual needs.

High Potency Phenolic Olive Oil contains a higher concentration of polyphenols and requires a smaller daily dosage (5ml), making it ideal for those seeking maximum benefits with minimal calorie intake, such as athletes, individuals with specific medical conditions or those seeking that competitive edge. Its strong, bitter, and peppery flavor reflects its potency.

In contrast, High Phenolic Olive Oil is designed for general wellness improvement and disease prevention, with a recommended daily intake of 15ml. It has a milder, more approachable taste, suitable for regular consumption. Despite the difference in flavor and dosage, both oils have a comparable daily cost and are classified as food supplements focused on health benefits. The choice between them depends on personal preferences, dietary needs, and health goals.

Our High Phenolic Olive Oils are produced every year in September and October,

every batch is independently analysed and is kept under protective atmosphere

in a refrigerated room.

Each bottle has an Exclusive Unique Number (EUN) and is fully traceable down to the field.
