Oleaphen was founded by Nicolas Netien, Chief Scientist, who holds the world record for the highest polyphenol concentration ever measured in olive oil (4,943 mg/kg, set in 2018) and is a Knight of the Order of Agricultural Merit of the French Republic, alongside co-founder Nicholas Schizas. The oil is supplied in 5 ml nitrogen-flushed monodoses and held under an unbroken cold chain from harvest through delivery, both of which protect phenolic content from oxidation.
